Ordering Tips / Tricks/ Reminders 8/18/23 edition

 

Part of the ongoing challenge with ordering for sites is pivoting to accommodate part availability (or lack thereof).  Amazon in particular is always changing what they have available.

In order to have the smoothest ordering process, please be sure to follow the following steps –

  1. Take a careful inventory of what you need and try to limit your orders to once a month for all items (KleenRite in particular only allows one shipment a month with free shipping).
    1. Keep in mind that air fresheners have limited storage life before they start losing potency.  I’d recommend not ordering more than 1-2 month’s worth.
  2. Always pull a fresh order form, check request, Amazon order list link, etc. from WashFlow when you need to place an order.  Please do not use old/saved forms or bookmarks as they may no longer be accurate.
    1. If your WashFlow looks like this, chances are you have new order forms to review and use.       
  3. When possible, the site manager should be ordering, but if the ASM places an order please be sure to copy the site manager and area manager on your email when placing orders.  This will help make sure everyone knows what was already ordered and prevent duplicate orders being rejected.
