New Moo Moo ARM, Michael Lautzenheiser, comes to us from Safelite Auto Glass. He has a long career in business leadership, multi-site management and coaching Team Members for top sales results.  Mike’s passion is developing individuals and teams to reach their career goals both professional and personal. He truly enjoys investing into people with the philosophy of duplicating himself and always looking for his “replacement”.

Born and raised on a farm in NE Ohio, Mike and his wife LaDonia have 4 children, all grown at this point. They are enjoying this time doing a lot of traveling, hiking and spending family time as much as possible.

Michael will be the area manager for the following locations: 105 N Hamilton, 106 Grandview, 114 Bexley, 117 South High, 121 Groveport, and 127 N Hamilton effective 8/19!
