It’s important we use CARE in all aspects of what we do: With our Teams, during Customer Experience, and certainly with Incident reports.  CARE is one of the core foundations of our business and who we are as a company.

 

Best practice is to be genuine and have compassion.  Have the human touch when talking with our co-workers and customers. Be sincere and find the most rational resolution for both parties. Education and communication are key!
