HOLIDAY PROMOTION W.A.S.H.

With our Holiday promotion now in full swing, it gives us the perfect opportunity to reinvigorate our WASH acronym that we introduced to you all back in June. Hopefully, this is something that you are still using, or at least recall. Everything is completely relevant in terms of applying to our Holiday Promotion campaign. 
W – Welcome the customer, a smile, a wave, and a friendly hello will quickly set the tone for your interaction
A – Ask if they are interested in “SAVING BIG ON OUR BEST WASHES???“ Follow our holiday PITCH dialog
S – Suggest to the customer that our DEAL is the best option. Ensure you are well versed on it.
H – Handle objections, refer back to THE DEAL, and again explain to the customer using THE PITCH.
We are certainly looking forward to seeing the success you all are experiencing out there.
