Express Wash Concepts Announces Grand Opening of New Green Clean Express Auto Wash in Norfolk
New location at 3600 Tidewater Drive marks 22nd Green Clean Express in Hampton Roads, with three additional openings planned by year-end

COLUMBUS, Ohio, and NORFOLK, Va., Oct. 27, 2026 —
Express Wash Concepts (EWC), one of the nation’s leading express car wash operators, today announced the grand opening of a new Green Clean Express Auto Wash at 3600 Tidewater Drive in Norfolk, Va. The opening brings EWC’s portfolio to 150 operating express car wash locations across six states, including 22 Green Clean locations throughout Hampton Roads.
The Norfolk opening continues Green Clean’s investment in southeastern Virginia, where the brand is building a more accessible network of neighborhood car washes. Three additional locations are scheduled to open in Newport News, Virginia Beach and Franklin by the end of 2026, bringing even more convenient washing options to customers throughout the region.

For every new Ceramic 4 Ultra Wash Smart Unlimited Club membership purchased during the celebration, Green Clean Express will donate $10 to Samaritan House, a Hampton Roads nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and families free themselves from domestic violence, human trafficking, sexual assault and homelessness. Through its programs and services, Samaritan House provides critical support and resources to help those in need rebuild their lives and achieve lasting independence.
A ribbon-cutting ceremony will take place Friday, Oct. 30, at noon, bringing together local community leaders, Green Clean team members and representatives from Samaritan House to celebrate the new location.
