July 2023
July was a really good month for Customer Service. Our monthly response time and our overall response time are some of the best we’ve ever had, customer complaints are at an all-time low and our call waiting time is down to almost 90 seconds!
Huge props to the Customer Service team for consistently pushing to being better everyday while still providing top tier service to all of our customers!
