Rules:

Each site is assigned to a group (excluding Founder’s Club sites and 214/215 – we have other plans for them). We have an even split except for one group that will have 3 sites competing.

Starting 3/2, each week the sites with the highest total weekly conversion from each group (assignments have been randomly selected) will advance to the next bracket. The week 1 winners will proceed to the next bracket (week 2), where they will compete against the other winners from the other groups.

Week 2 those winners will proceed to the third bracket.
During week 3, any previously cut sites from the previous brackets have a chance to re-enter the competition as wild card entries! The top 2 bumped sites will be added to the competition for week 3 as these wild card entries – so keep pushing for conversion because you may be able to get back into the game even if cut after week 1!

Week 4 is further reducing the competition and sets up the final sprint!

During the last two days of March, the top 6 sites (3 from each side) will move into final head-to-head mode, where they will compete to determine who wins first, second, or third prize! We will be looking at the conversion for just those two days to determine the winner, not month to date. We do have a backup plan in place if the weather is not cooperating on those two days.

We will have a board here at the Home Office where we will track the brackets so that we can all be cheering you on and will share photos each week via email, bulletin board, and Paylocity when brackets are announced. Roush Rules – all fair play, no cheating, no betting, no shenanigans. Let’s keep the competition friendly!

Prizes:
1st place: Company-paid outing for the site – site’s choice of bowling, TopGolf, or another local fun event for the team. Site manager will coordinate with ARM, RD, Pam and Isabel to get this scheduled.

2nd place: This site will receive a custom cross-body bag for each employee TM or above.

3rd place: This site will receive a custom 20 oz tumbler for each employee TM or above.

Founder’s Club sites and site 214/215: The highest converting site of this group at the end of March will be awarded custom tumblers for each employee TM or above.

Rule for Founder’s Club: The site must be open for the entire month to qualify (March 1-31). 214/215 is the exception since the current staff at 214 will be moving to 215 when it opens in March.
